​Why “Truck-mount" steam cleaning?

Why use our “truck-mounted” steam cleaning system instead of a portable?

 

Cleaning fact: Every 18 degrees Fahrenheit of water temperature, gives 100% more cleaning ability. 

Our water temperature: Our water temperature goes beyond 250°F which can sterilize. Dirt and grease just melt away. Without our operating water pressure of 450 psi we would be making pure steam. Our water pressure is our agitation. 

 

Our truck-mounted vacuum: Our gas powered cleaning engine heats our water and then extracts it with an amazing 80,000" of 'vacuum lift'. 

Yet, our system is the most gentle and effective way to clean carpets and can never over-wet. And the only system recommended by all carpet manufacturers.

Compared to a portable machine which run at around 140 degree Fahrenheit with a maximum 'lift' available of only 165". It's simply a matter of comparing the horsepower of an engine  to the amperage of an electric motor.

We are a 100% self contained mobile cleaning plant . We bring our own water and take all of the dirty water away to be properly dumped. Only hoses and wand need to come into your home. No annoying portable machine vacuum noises inside and no dumping down your toilet.

 a) Cleaners break down grease and remove organic material from the surface. If the surface is visibly dirty use a cleaner first before using disinfectants. Some products contain a cleaner and disinfectant combined.

Does hot water kill germs?

Hot water kills germs, though it has to be very hot.

According to W.H.O., " temperatures of 140°F to 150°F are enough to kill most viruses, and boiling water makes it safe from pathogens like bacteria, viruses, and protozoa".

 

Our truck mounted “steam cleaning” unit, which operates at  250°F and  beyond, cleans at a temperature which not only cleans more effectively but disinfects as it cleans!
